Do I have to be home during the cleanup?

No, you do not have to be home during service. We only require safe and easy access to your yard through an unlocked gate. If your dogs are friendly, they can remain in the yard. If a dog is aggressive or unfamiliar to our technician, we ask that they be secured indoors during the visit. For more info see our terms of service.

After completing the cleanup, we securely bag the waste and place it inside your outdoor trash receptacle if available. If a trash can is not accessible, we will double-bag the waste and leave it neatly by your gate or garage for disposal.

The ideal service frequency depends on the number of dogs and yard usage. Homes with multiple dogs typically benefit from weekly or bi-weekly service, while single-dog homes may choose bi-weekly or monthly service. More frequent service helps prevent buildup and keeps your yard cleaner and more sanitary.

Yes, we offer one-time cleanups for yards that need a thorough reset. One-time services are priced based on time and yard conditions. Many customers choose to transition to recurring service afterward to keep their yard consistently clean.

Yes. We include a yard deodorizer/odor neutralizer spray FREE with every cleanup. This helps reduce odors and keeps your yard smelling fresh after each visit.

If we are unable to access your yard due to a locked gate or restricted entry, the visit will be considered a skipped cleanup. Charges may apply according to our terms of service policies, as our technicians are scheduled and dispatched based on route planning.

Recurring services are billed monthly at a flat rate, depending on the number of dogs and service frequency. All billing is handled securely through our client portal, where you can view invoices, update payment methods, and track service history.

Yes, we provide service year-round. In cases of severe weather or unsafe conditions, service may be rescheduled to the next available day. If a cleanup must be skipped due to weather, waste accumulation will be addressed during the next visit.

We operate on optimized service routes and cannot guarantee exact arrival times. However, you will receive an “on the way” notification approximately 20–30 minutes before arrival so you know when to expect us.
